摘要 某建筑物在主体结构完工时,发现部分框架梁上有裂缝,而且差异沉降及沉降速率较大,远未达到规范规定的稳定标准。本工程应用复合桩基的设计方法,采用锚杆静压桩进行加固处理,达到了控制沉降变形的目的。工程实践表明该方法具有较好的技术与经济效益。 When the main body structure of a building had been finished, it was found that there were cracks in a part of frame girders, and there were great uneven settlement and the settlement speed that didn't meet the requirment. The project applied the design method of composite pile foundations, using static pressure piles with anchor pole to reinforce the foundation, and the purpose of controlling settlement distortion is obtained. The practice of project proved that the method could brlngbetter technologic and economic benefit.
