摘要 45W基因是带科绦虫重要的疫苗候选基因。本文就45W基因的结构、45W编码蛋白的结构特征、45W抗原疫苗免疫应答特点以及今后的研究方向作了全面、系统的综述。 45W gene from Taeniidae is an important vaccine candidate. The genetic structure of 45W, the structural features of 45W gene-encoded protein, and the traits of immune responses to 45W vaccine are completely and systematically reviewed in this paper.
