摘要
我国城镇职工基本养老保险制度自建立至今,尽管取得相当的成就,但也遇到了很多突出的问题。调整和完善城镇职工基本养老保险制度,是我国顺应养老保险制度改革趋势的必然结果,也是我国建立社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求。
There have been a lot of achievement （though many difficulties encountered ） since the establishment of pension systems for urban residents. The adjustment and optimality of the systems are the expected result of the reform as well as the requirement of socialist market economy in China. After studying the existing problems in the systems, solutions to optimize the systems have beers suggested in the article.
