和谐地矿是和谐社会的重要组成部分。构建和谐地矿必须以稳定为前提,稳定必须以经济为基础,抓住发展机遇,发挥自身优势,提高经济效益,以发展保稳定,以稳定促发展,用富民的目标凝聚人心,用富民的举措鼓舞人心,用富民的实绩安定人心。这样才能使地矿经济又快又好地健康发展。
The paper discusses that stability is a prerequisite for building harmonious geological and mineral resource industry,and the economy is the foundation of stability.It also argues some specific methods for the sound development of geological and mineral economy,these includes: seize the opportunity and exploit self-advantages for promoting economic returns,ensure stability with development and promote development while keeping stability,enjoy popular support with goal to enrich people,boost popular morale with measures to enrich people and calm public feeling with real performance to enrich people.
