摘要
研究红茂草注射液对小鼠实验性免疫功能低下的影响.以地塞米松(DEX,0.8 mg/kg)造成免疫功能低下的动物模型,用3个不同质量分数的红茂草注射液(50,100,200 mg/(kg·d)×4 d)分别予以治疗后,采用碳粒廓清法、溶血素测定法、器官指数测定等有关免疫指标.红茂草注射液可使小鼠的廓清指数K值、吞噬指数α值、器官指数、血清溶血素及溶菌酶活力增高,尤以100 mg/kg剂量组效果显著.红茂草注射液对实验性免疫功能低下小鼠有明显的免疫增强作用,这为其应用于临床治疗提供了一定的实验依据.
The effects of Dicranostigma Leptopodum (Maxim.) Fedde on experimental immunosuppression were studied in mice. The immunologic inadequacy model was induced by dexamethasone (DEX, 0.8 mg/kg, ip).The immunomodulatory effects of the drug were measured by the cleaning carbon particle method, hemolysin determine assay and organ index assay. The DLF could increase the level of serum hemolysin. K and a values were markely increased by DLF injection solution (100 mg/(kg·d), ip). The drug could also enhance yhe organ index. In addition, the drug could increase the lysozyme level in serum and DLF has had a enhanced effect on experimental immunosuppression in mice.
