摘要
预应力技术的发展，使其在基础改造工程领域得到新的利用。在两幢在建框架结构厂房加层设计工作中，作者对基础结构创造性的提出将条形基础改造成为井格梁基础。为了保证新老基础的协调工作，发挥新基础的贡献，在新增基础梁内采用了预应力技术。经过分析表明采用预应力技术能够更好地协调新老基础的共同作用，提高基础的安全性和减少结构的差异沉降，是一种值得发展的新方法。
The development of prestress technology extends to the revolution of foundation. In this paper, two RC frame structures of industry workshop were required to increseaing a floor each Other. To increase the bearing capacity of the foundation, the strip foundation was revoluted into rectangular grid foundation. Prestress technology was used in the revolution of foundation to make the part of new foundation keep work insistant with the part of old foundation. The analysys result indicated that the usage of prestress technology can increase the safty and decrease the deferrence of settlement, is a perfect new method in revolution of foundation.
