摘要
介绍挤扩支盘灌注桩在南开大学体育中心工程应用实例。采用挤扩支盘灌注桩,这种新型桩工艺的优点是能充分利用桩身上下各部分的硬土层,从而改变普通等直径灌注桩的受力机理,变摩擦桩为变截面的多支点摩擦端承桩。南开大学体育中心由于它的结构形式对抗震、沉降、稳定方面有较高的要求。通过新旧桩型优缺点的比较,结论为挤扩支盘灌注桩工艺设计和合理,尤其适用于高层建筑及大跨度,对沉降要求较高的建筑,工程实践表明:采用挤扩支盘灌注桩基础形式对工程结构安全度及经济效益非常明显。
This thesis mainly discusses the example of squeezed branch pile that is used in NanKai University physical education center. The advantage of this new pile is that it can make use of the hard stratum above and below the pile shaft sufficiently. Consequently it changes the carrying principle of ordinary pile. So the friction pile is changed to the non-uniform cross-section frictional end-bearing pile. As the physical education center has high standard on earthquake resistance, settlement and stability for the structural system. By compare the strengths and defects of the new and old pile, we can see that the design technology of the squeezed branch pile is scientific and reasonable, especially fits for high-rise building and the building need high requirement in settlement control. The project shows that using the foundation of this new pile is good for safety and economy of project obviously.
