超宽桥面现浇主箱梁支架设计与施工

摘要 针对主桥桥面宽度41m的柳州三门江大桥,结合工程实例,介绍了超宽桥面现浇主箱梁支架的设计方案与施工工艺,重点介绍了支架的构造、受力验算、预拱度设置、安装、预压及施工要点等技术细节,同时对支架施工中的注意事项进行了详细的阐述。 By the Sanmenjiang bridge in Liuzhou city, whose width is 41 m, this paper presents a support frame design scheme of cast-in-place main box beam of super wide bridge, and a construction technology of support frame, and puts emphases on the support frame structure, load bearing detection and counting, precamber design, installation, precompression, and construction gist. The problems which may be paid attention to in support frame construction are expatiated.
