Effect of flow improver on the reduction of water cut oil flow resistance

摘要 大庆油田采用低温集油输送时能耗大、成本高,为了减小含水原油在集输过程中的流动阻力,改善其流动性,降低含水原油的集输成本,在室内开展了向含水原油中加入DODE系列流动改进剂后的流动实验,探讨了DODE系列流动改进剂对沿程阻力的影响.实验结果表明:含水原油中添加DODE系列流动改进剂可使含水原油的转相点由原来的50%~70%提前到了30%~50%,降低了含水原油的表观黏度;管路压降明显减小;流动改进剂最佳添加量为200mg/L;同一剪切速率下对应的剪切应力减小,原油的表观黏度减小,且流动改进剂质量浓度越高效果越好,原油乳状液的流变性越接近牛顿流体. When oil gathering system is applied in low temperature in Daqing oilfield,energy loss and cost are large.To reduce the flow resistance of water cut oil during gathering process,improve its flowing property and reduce gathering cost of water cut oil,the flow improver of DODE series is added into watered oil in lab horizontal pipe experimental apparatus in flow test.It probes into the law of the effect of DODE flow improver on on-way resistance.The test result shows that DODE flow improver added into water cut oil could advance the point of phase conversion of watered oil,and generate oil-in-water emulsion with moderate stability pre-time.It obviously reduces the apparent viscosity of oil and improves the low temperature flow property of oil.At the same time,much energy is saved and the loss is reduced.
