广泛性宫颈切除术的临床应用(附3例报告)

摘要
为3例要求保留生育功能的早期宫颈癌患者实施经腹广泛性宫颈切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术。患者术后均恢复良好,随访期间肿瘤无复发。认为该术式能够满足早期宫颈癌患者保留生育功能的要求,但其适应证的选择、术后复发率及手术安全性尚需大宗病例的观察方能确定。
