Survey on Responsiveness of Community Health Service in Urban and Rural Areas in Zhejiang Province

目的:参照卫生系统反应性评价方法,对浙江省城市、农村社区卫生服务机构进行反应性调查。结果:反应性总水平和分布情况城市好于农村;城市应重视的反应性要素为及时关注、保密和选择,农村为及时关注、选择、设施、交流和保密等。

According to the appraisal method of responsiveness of health system, we surveyed on responsiveness of community health service institutes in urban and rural areas in Zhejiang province. The general level and distribution of responsiveness in the urban areas were better than those of rural areas. The components that should be paid attention to in urban areas were caring in time - keeping secret and choice. While Caring in rime,choice, facilities,communication and keeping secret should be paid more attention to in rural areas.
