根据乙烯改扩建工程投产近两年来的生产情况对乙烯改扩建工程的检验结果,可以认为项目前期工作的深度是满足工程建设要求的;项目在投资、工期、质量方面的控制是好的,投产后的经济效益是好的。
According to production of the ethylene plant after modification and expasion within neer two—years, it can be cansidered that the depth of work in early stage of the project met the repuirements of the project construction; the control in investment, construction period and quality was excellent, the economic efficiency was satisfactory.
