高超声速风洞相变热图试验图像处理软件研制

摘要 高超声速风洞相变热图试验技术是我所正在开展研究的一项试验技术,主要应用于大面积热测量。我所开展热图试验技术研究已有20余年的历史,尽管在试验技术上取得了一定的成果,但是图像处理软件的研制一直都是困扰课题组的一大难题。该软件在整个试验技术中扮演着举足轻重的作用,介绍的图像处理软件包括了图像预处理软件、相变线提取软件、相变线辨识软件和试验结果分析软件四个部分,每个部分都具有独立的可执行程序,能够较好的满足试验需要。 We are developing a broad scale research in phase change thermography test technique in hypersonic wind tunnel, it's mainly used in a great heat transfer measurment. This technique has researched about twenty years in CARDC, although we have obtained some results up to now, but the design of the image processing software is always a difficult problem for the research team. The software has a very important usage for the whole phase change thermography test technique. In this paper, a new image processing software is introduced in four parts, including image preprocessing software, processor for finding phase change lines, processor for distinguishing phase change lines and test results analysis software, each part of the software has independent executable program, and the software can satify the test requirement very well.
