ＤＮＡ扩展仪是用于对遗传基因——ＤＮＡ分子链进行分析的仪器，用于生物技术、法医学、人类学、考古学和环境保护等广泛领域。本文详细阐述了智能ＤＮＡ扩展仪的研制目标、总体设计思想及软硬件设计方法。该仪器由３８６微机和８０９８单片机构成，操作简单，编程容易。
The DNA expansion instrument is an instrument for analyzing genetic factor-DNA molecular chains,which are widely used in biotechnology,medical jurisprudence,anthropology,archaeology and environment protection.This article describes the development object,total design idea and hardware & software design methods. This instrument is based on 386 micro computer and 8098 single chip processor featuring with simple operation, easy programming and high practicability.
