介绍了柳钢棒线厂根据无孔型轧制技术原理,通过建立宽展模型,修改相关孔型和导卫,成功开发螺纹钢成品前孔无孔型轧制技术,应用于全规格螺纹钢的生产,从而降低成品废品率80%,提高成品前孔轧制量6倍。
According to the grooveless rolling technology principle, Bar and Wire Rod Plant has developed the grooveless rolling technology for former pass of reinforced bar product by building the lateral spreading model and modifying the relevant pass and guide, and put it into full size reinforced bar production so as to reduce the finished products＇ scrap rate of 80% and increase the roiling out-put of former pass of 6 time.
