摘要
采用可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）控制钠离子交换装置，可实现无人化管理的连续软化水生产。根据工艺流程对控制系统的要求，文章具体介绍了控制系统硬件的组成和选用。
With PLC controlled sodium ion exchange device,the unmanned continuous production of softened water can be realized. This article describes the composition and selection of hardware,the programming of software and the entry of program of the control system.
