大天池脱水装置再生气系统改造与效果

MODIFICATION OF THE REGENERATION GAS SYSTEM AT THE DATIANCHI GAS DEHYDRATION FACILITY

摘要 大天池工程中9套脱水装置的再生气处理系统中均设置了再生气分液罐,即天然气经过脱水处理后,再生气经过加有保温层的管线进入再生气分液罐,一部分水蒸气和携带的少量甘醇在分液罐中冷凝出来后,剩余气体进入灼烧炉进行燃烧处理,冷凝液则直接进入污水池;但是由于分液罐排出的冷凝液中含有多种成分的物质,如硫化氢、二氧化碳、烃类、甘醇及其变质产物,同时冷凝液中部分物质的析出,散发难闻的刺激性气味,对生产环境造成了较严重的污染,也对站场及周边人员的身体健康造成巨大的危害。为此,必须对再生气系统进行相应的改造,即取消再生气分液罐,重新安装再生气管线,并安装电伴热带和保温层;改造后消除了再生液的排放。文章对装置运行情况和各项消耗指标进行了讨论和分析,结果证明此次对再生气系统的技术改造取得了成功。 Drip pots were equipped in the regeneration gas treatment systems of 9 dehydration facilities of Datianchi project. The regeneration gas produced during the natural gas dehydration process was piped to the drip pot via the pipeline with insulating barrier. After part of the water vapour and carrying ethylene glycol was condensed in the drip pot, the remaining gas was burnt in the combusting chamber, whilst the condensed fluid was directly discharged into the sewage tank. However, the discharged condensed fluid with multiple adverse component, like H_2S, CO_2, hydrocarbon, ethylene glycol and the pungent odor caused by the transmutative and evolved components have caused serious pollutions to the production environment and plagued the workers and residents in the vicinity. Thus, it is necessary to conduct modifications on the regeneration system. The regeneration gas drip pot was thereby displaced by the regeneration gas pipelines with electric tracing ribbon and insulating barrier. The retrofitted system was well designed which allows zero discharge of regeneration liquid. The operating situation and each index of the facility were discussed and analyzed. The result showcased great success in the technical renovation of the regeneration gas system.
