摘要
辅酶Q10是一种人体内不可缺少的参与代谢的营养物,由于其是脂溶性的,生物利用率很低。文中以卵磷脂为主要壁材,采用薄膜水化法制得稳定性较好的辅酶Q10脂质体,可以改善其水溶性,提高生物利用率。研究了胆固醇、聚乙二醇(PEG)、水化温度和pH对脂质体包封辅酶Q10效果的影响。贮藏试验表明较佳的贮藏条件为4℃避光,脂质体双分子层对辅酶Q10有明显的保护作用,而且辅酶Q10也有效抑制了磷脂的氧化,并能稳定脂质体双分子层。
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a kind of indispensable nutriment for life. Because of the solubility, its bioavailability was limited. In order to improve the bioavailabifity of CoQao, thin-film rehydration method was selected to prepare stable CoQ10 liposomes, with lecithin as its primary wall materials. In this study, the effect of cholesterol, polyethylene glycol (PEG), pH value and temperature of rehydration on the encapsulation qualities were studied. The optimal storage condition was light-avoiding at 4 ~C. During the storage, liposomal bilayer provided evident protection effect for CoQ10. It is also seen that lecithin oxidation was inhibited and the stability of bilayer structure was improved by CoO10.
