摘要
网络学习环境不仅是一种实体性存在,也是一种功能性存在,是促进学生学习的各种因素的组合。在特征方面,网络学习环境具有信息资源传递与共享机制、信息表征与加工方式、人际沟通互动方式等方面的变化。在功能上,对于学生、教师和管理者而言都不同。
Internet-based learning atmosphere is not only an entitative being,but also is a functional being,which is a combination of varieties of elements.It has the characteristics of changeable function of transforming and sharing the information,encoding and processing,communicating and interacting.In respect of function it is different to students,teachers and managers.
