摘要
根据在工业企业推广“5S”管理的实践,提出了岩土钻掘项目施工推行“5S”管理的设想。介绍了“5S”管理的概念,分析了岩土钻掘项目施工推行“5S”管理的策略要点。
＂5S＂ management is proposed for rock and soil drilling engineering project according to the same management in industrial enterprises. The idea of ＂5S＂ management is introduced, and the main tactics of practicing ＂5S＂ management are analyzed.
