From the work of＂ A Half - way Headteacher＂, I find out an effective working method. That is to be with them truly, to be kind to them; to treat them with heart, to be friends with them; to have an open mind to them, to respect the former; to be an example to them, to be strict with myself. I have much greater results in the educational work.
