介绍了竹纤维及涤纶长丝的特性,并根据纤维的特性对纺纱工艺进行了分析和研究。通过对细纱机进行适当改造,利用1.67dtex×38mm的竹纤维作皮纱,30dtex涤纶长丝作芯纱,开发生产了14.2 tex竹涤包芯纱。并通过对各工序采取相应的工艺技术措施,保持了纺纱的顺利进行及成纱质量的稳定。

This paper introduces the basic property of bamboo spinning processing is discussed according to the fiber property. fiber and polyester filament. And the Through the transformation of ring spinning frame, we have developed the 14.2tex Bamboo fiber polyester filament core - spun yam coverd with 1.67dtex x 38ram Bamboo fiber,and inside is 30dtex Polyester filament. Through the relative technique measures, the spinning and yam quality are guaranteed.
