摘要
本文阐述了用于激光印字机、具有倾斜校正作用的镯面f-θ物镜的激光扫描系统、有效地消除了偏转反射面的倾斜引起的扫描线错位光纤起始同步扫描传感器的采用,有效的消除了旋转多棱镜分度误差产生的扫描起始点位置误差。本文对激光数字复印机,普通纸复印式激光传真机、激光照排系统的设计亦有参考价值。
in this paper, a diode laser scanning System having a tilting correcting function with the toric f-θ lens is proposed. It can eliminate the displacement of scanning lines which is produced by the tilting of deflecting-reflecting surfaces of the polygon mirror. The optical fiber sensor of synchronization can effectedly eliminate the zigzag-error of the starting point of scanning which is produced by the index error of the rotating polygon.
