本文论述了机载激光海底地形测绘的基本原理及主要技术难点，对国外主要机载激光海底地形测绘系统进行了分析比较，并研究了我国应用机载激光海底地形测绘技术的必要性。

The basic principles and primary technology problems of the airborne laser hydrogr aphic method are discussed.The most significant international airborne laser hydrographic systems are analyzed and compared, and the necessity and feasibility of applying airborne laser hydrographic technology in our country are studied.
