摘要 本文研究了超声波辅助法提取车前子多糖的工艺。通过正交试验设计L9(34)提取多糖,以蒽酮-硫酸法测定多糖含量,得出优化工艺的条件为:水为提取溶剂,固液比为1∶120,超声温度为40℃,超声时间为80min。超声波辅助提取车前子多糖,能耗低,多糖得率高,可以作为提取车前子多糖的方法。 Uhrasonic-assisted extraction was adopted to extract polysaccharide from semen plantaginis. The content of polysaccharide was determined by the spectrophotometer using sulphuric acid anthrone method. The optimal conditions were determined with the orthogonal design of L9(3^4),namely, water as solvent, temperature of 40 ℃, and the ratio of solid to liquid 1:120, time of 80 min. The method of ultrasonic-assistant extraction has the character of energy saving and higher yield of polysaccharide, which can be used to extract polysaccha- ride from semen plantaginis.
