摘要
目的探讨高等职业教育护理专业学生心理适应能力的现状及优化对策。方法从某校1年级护理高职班中抽取2个班共111人进行了心理适应能力的调查,以“中学生在校心理适应能力问卷”及自编的“心理适应问题”调查表为工具进行调查。结果心理适应能力较差及很差的占51.4%(57/111)。主要存在的适应问题有:缺乏良好的自我调控能力,难以适应生活环境,学习方式的变化及社会交往的变化;缺乏自信和适当的心理调适能力。结论可通过训练自我控制能力、掌握最佳学习策略、培养正向自我概念、发展积极应对能力、提高社会交往能力等心理教育措施改善护生的心理适应能力。
Objective To explore the status quo of mental adaptability of nursing freshmen in college and the countermeasures. Methods 111 nursing freshmen from 2 classes in the hygiene school were investigated about their mental adaptability with a questionnaire on Middle School Student's Mental Adaptability and a self-designed questionnaire of "Issues about Mental Adaptability". Results 57 of the total 111 students were poorer or much poorer, accounting 51.4%. The problems in mental adaptability occurred in lack of self-control, difficulty in adapting to living environment, changes of studying modes and changes in social life, lack of confi- dence and proper mental adaptability. Conclusion Such mental education measures like self-control training, mastery of best learning strategy, cultivation of positive self-concept, development of active coping ability and improvement of social life may improve the mental adaptability of the students.
