医院信息系统在手术室护理工作中的应用

The Application of Hospital Information System in Caring Work at Operation Room

探讨医院信息系统在手术室护理工作中的应用前景。回顾性总结2005年12月20日以来新医院信息系统(hospital inform ation system,HIS)在手术室应用过程中的实践经验。整个外科的手术安排、术后手术费用的收取、有关手术的所有统计资料、手术室工作人员的排班均在新HIS信息系统中执行。新HIS信息系统使用后取得良好效果,提高了工作效率及医生和患者的满意度,减少人力资源浪费。医院信息系统是现代化医院管理的标志,值得推广使用。

The authors in this paper explore the application of hospital information system in caring work at operation room. They retrospectively summarize their experience in application of new hospital information system （HIS） in caring work at operation room since 20 December 2005. The arrangement of surgical operations, charging of operative fees, statistic data concerning operation, shifts of staff of the operation room were performed in the new HIS. They found they achieved good results with HIS, increasing work efficiency, raising the degree of comforts of doctors and patients, but avoiding the waste of workforce. HIS, as a sign of modernized management of hospitals, is worth popularizing.
