机车电源综合试验台的研制

摘要 针对机车上电源柜中电源功能模块的试验和检查,介绍了一种机车电源综合试验台的研制。该系统主要由电源板外围电路和单片机系统两部分构成,通过自耦调压器来实现输入电压的调节,并利用单片机采集、处理电压信号,同时控制微型打印机输出试验数据,测试结果可靠,使用方便。 This paper is based on the test and check of locomotive energy source function module which fixed in energy source cabinet, and introduces a design of locomotive energy source synthetical experiment console.This system is mainly composed of peripheral electric circuit and single - chip microprocessor.It can regulate input voltage by self- coupling voltage regulator, and impose on single-chip microprocasor to sample and process voltage signal.It also can control micro- printer to output experimental data.It's very convenient to use it and the testing result is reliable.
