This paper mainly introduced system application of LabVIEW, mentality and method of software and hardware on the pefformsnce testing device of passenger car air conditioning unit.Because the Virtual Instrument technology has been used, collection, analysis and processing of data are convenient.Thus in this testing system operations are easy; data are accurate and reliable.And it is very suitable to performance testing in the actual application.
