In this paper, a new subclass of meromorphically Hp,q,s （α1）-valently functions which are analytic in the open unit disk p, defined by Dziok-Srivastava operator Wp,q,s （α1α）, was introduced and studied. Some inequalities were derived and the inclusion relation was proved.
