人口郊区化与居住郊区化是近年来我国城市发展的主要特征,社会城市化、城市现代化已成为当今的主潮流.城市化的进程加快了城市人口的集聚,同时也加快了城市住宅产业的发展.在对淄博市中心城区内部居住环境质量因子调查的基础上,分析了淄博市中心城区规划居住用地地块的环境适宜程度,共分为4级,并对居住用地地块的环境适宜程度进行了空间分异的研究.
