摘要
采用热扩散掺氯的方法,制备了在室温紫外光激发下发射蓝色荧光的硫化锌粉末荧光材料.用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了不同扩散温度下得到的样品的晶格结构和形貌;用荧光光谱(PL)仪测量了不同扩散温度下制备的样品的荧光光谱,得出700~1000℃是扩散掺杂氯制备蓝色荧光硫化锌材料的温度条件,并对发光样品的发光机理进行了研究.
Cl-doped blue photoluminescence ZnS powder material was prepared using thermodiffusion method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used to study the structure and morphology of the samples respectively. Photoluminescence spectrums of different samples acquired at different diffusion temperature were measured. In conclusion, 700~1 000℃ is the condition of preparing blue photoluminescence Cl-doped ZnS material. The mechanism of photoluminescence was discussed.
