本文主要介绍微波半导体器件的低噪声接收器件、微波发射器件、微波控制器件和新型微波器件等研究与应用状况,并对这些器件的发展作一概略展望.
This paper describes cheifly the status of research and application of low noise microwave semiconductor receiving devices, microwave transmission devices, microwave control devices, new-type microwave devices and so on. Author looks to future of those devices.
