摘要
测试了敏化离子Nd3+、Tm3+、Ho3+及Er3+离子在YEAG晶体中一些能级的荧光衰减曲线。根据Taylor的平均寿命的定义,计算了平均寿命和能量转移效率。并根据Zvelev关于声子形成几率的公式,对之间的非共振能量转移效率进行了计算。得出Nd3+敏化Er3+不仅可以增加泵浦效率,而且可以抑制2.94μm激光自饱和现象,是三种敏化离子中最有效的。
The fluorescenct decay curves of sensitiveions Nd ̄3+,Tm ̄3+,Ho ̄3+and Er ̄3+in YEAG crystals are measured. According to the definition of Taylor for the average lifetime,these energy transfer efficiencies of Nd ̄3+,Nd ̄3+,Tm ̄3+,Ho ̄3+and Er ̄3+are calculated.And based on the formula of Zvelev for the probability of forming photons, ths formula for the nonresonant energy transfer efficiency is deduced,with which we calculated energy transfer dfficencies of Ho ̄3+ It is concluded that the sensitization of ioons by Nd ̄3+ can not only increase ppumping effciency,but also suppress self-saturating transition fo laser whose wavelength if 2.94m. of the three sensitiveions, the Nd ̄3+ ions are the effcient most.
