摘要
本文提出了光线性传输网络可实现非线性光逻辑功能的概念,从理论上分析了这种逻辑器件的实现原理和性能,并利用Y波导及March-Zhender干涉仪的组合所构成的线性传输网络,实现了XOR(异或门)和OR(或门)的逻辑运算。
The concept that optical linear transmitting networks can be used to complete nonlinear optical logic fllnctions is presented here. The operating principle and property of the logic devices are analyzed theoretically. Meanwhile, using the linear transmitting network which is composed of Y waveguide and March--Zhender interferometer, the XOR and OR gate are realized.
