Study on Self-Fluorescence of Periphery Erythrocytes Round the Tumor Cells Using Laser Scanning Microscope

本文介绍了在淋巴结炎、甲状腺癌以及恶性淋巴瘤细胞周围红细胞的自体荧光特性。实验发现以恶性淋巴瘤细胞周围的ＲＢＣ荧光最强，并且波长５１４ｕｍ的激光激发作用要比波长４８８ｕｍ的激光强。

The self--fluorescence characterstics of periphery erythrocytes round the cells of lyphadenitisthroma and malignant liphoma is described in the paper,It is shown that the selffluorescence of periphery erythrocytes round the malignant lyphoma cells is the most intensive and the excitation of 514 um laser is more effective than that of 488 um laser.
