摘要
随着竞争的日趋激烈,技术和信息的日益进步以及经济全球化步伐的加快,跨国企业组织之间的冲突也越来越突出。为此,认真研究相关冲突管理理论,深入探索切实有效的冲突策略选择方法,对于已经走出和即将走出国门的中国企业而言,无疑都具有重要的理论指导意义。
Many factors contribute the inereasingly conflicts among multinational corporations including the market competition, technology and information upgrading, the acclerated economic globalization. Therefore, any research in this area will be of much help for those Chinese enterprise that will or have participated in the international market in terms of decising on the right strategy to solve the conflicts concerned.
