企业文化与企业核心竞争力理论是当代经济学和管理学相互交融的最新成果,企业核心竞争力的本质是企业特有的文化力,是企业生存之本,企业文化是一种新的生产力资源,是新生的管理科学,两者对企业发展极其重要。要想提升企业核心竞争力,就必须全面提升企业的文化力,实行企业文化创新。
The theory of corporate culture and core competences represents the latest achievement of the contemporary economics and management science. In essence core competences reflect the unique power of corporate culture, related to enterprises success or failure. As a new sort of productive resources, corporate culture is also a new branch of management science. Both are so important to enterprise development that the promotion of core competences relies on the upgraded corporate culture as well as cultural innovation.
