摘要
物业管理作为社会经济发展到一定阶段的产物,在改善居住环境,提高居民生活质量的同时,还具有使物业保值增值的功能。尤其在经济一体化蓬勃发展的时代,世界物业管理又有了许多新特点。如何借鉴这些经验,探索我国物业管理可持续发展的思路,促进其健康、快速发展,具有重要的现实意义。
As a result of social economic development , the management of real estate performs the fun maintaining and adding the value of real estate while improving the dwelling environment and the living of residents, especially in an era of economic integration. It is of important significance to probe for a sol the sustainable development of the management of real estate.
