摘要
人才队伍是高校赖以生存和建设发展主要依靠力量。围绕优化人才队伍建设,就人才的领导、培养、选拔、使用、评价等方面的机制创新进行了探讨。
Talented people are the basis of the existence and development of universities. This paper focuses on the improvement of the system of nurturing talented people and discuses the issues on the governing, cultivating, selecting, adopting and evaluating of talented people in depth.
