摘要
工会是党联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是职工群众利益的代表者和维护者,在建设社会主义和谐社会中具有不可替代的作用。高校工会应发挥优势,积极开展工作,促进和谐校园建设。
The labor union is a bridge and a link between the party and the populace, representing and protecting the interests of the staff populace. Its function in the construction of socialism and a harmonious society cannot be substituted. The labor unions in universities should develop their superiority ,implement their work actively and promote the construction of harmonious campus.
