摘要
加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,促进大学生全面发展,是建设和谐社会的必然要求。只有适应构建和谐社会的需要,把大学生思想政治教育工作放到构建社会主义和谐社会的大环境中,探索“3322”育人协同机制,创新大学生思想政治教育工作方式方法,“虚”功才能收到实效。
Strengthening and improving university students＇ideological ＆ political education, promoting the overall development of them is of inevitable necessity to the construction of harmonius society. University students＂ ideological ＆ political education should meet the demand for constructing harmonius society. A 3322＂ coordinating mechanism of nurturing talented people will bring about practical results.
