藤茶对大鼠高血脂和心肌酶的影响

EFFECTS OF AMPELOPSIS GROSSEDENTATA ON HYPERLIPIDEMIA AND MYOCARDIAL ENZYMES IN RATS

目的:探讨饮用藤茶对高脂血症的预防作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠30只随机分为对照组、模型组和藤茶组。根据实验要求喂养15w后测定每组动物个体血脂、血液流变、心肌酶及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的变化。结果:与对照组比较,模型组动物血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)升高,载脂蛋白apoA和载脂蛋白apoB的比值明显变化,血清和心肌组织中脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量增加、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性明显降低,心肌酶大量释放,血液流变学异常改变,血清中IL-6含量明显升高;与模型组比较,藤茶组动物血浆中TC、TG及apoB/apoA的值明显降低,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)升高,MDA含量减少,SOD及GSH-Px活性增强,心肌酶的释放明显受到抑制,血液黏度、红细胞和血小板聚集能力明显降低,抑制了IL-6水平的升高。结论:藤茶能明显降低高脂饮食大鼠血脂、改善脂蛋白代谢和血流状态、保护心肌,增强机体的抗氧化能力,对高脂血症、心血管系统疾病有一定的预防作用。

Objective： To study the preventive and health effects of Ampelopsis grossedentata on hyperlipidernia. Method： Thirty Wistar rats were divided into three groups： control group, model group and test group. The control group was fed normal diet, while the model and test groups were fed high fat diet.The control and model group were given water while the test group was given water with 20% Arapelopsis grossedentata for 15 w. Serum lipids, hemorrheological indices, myocardial enzymes and IL-6 were measured. Results： At the end of experiment, serum TC, TG, LDL-C, and apoB/apoA, serum and myocardial MDA, myocardial enzymes activities, hemorrheological indices and serum IL-6 were obviously higher in model group while the activities of serum and myocardial SOD and GSH-Px were lower. In test group. serum TC, TG and apoB/apoA levels, serum and myocardial MDA, myocardial enzymes activities, hemorrheological indices, and serum IL-6 were significantly lower than those in model group, but HDL-C, SOD and GSH-Px activities higher. Conclusion： Arapelopsis grossedentata could significantly decrease blood lipids and hemorrheological indices of rats fed with high fat diet, and protect myocardial cells from oxidation, and as a result to prevent hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular disease.
