摘要
本文对C5-7仲醇的工业生产做了较为详细的研究。其反应机理为烯烃(C5-7)与工业H2SO4反应,生成单烷基硫酸盐,然后在一定温度下水解成C5-7醇。本文对硫酸的最适宜浓度,烯烃与H2SO4的最佳配比,反应最适宜温度以及反应时间等做了细致的研究。
The industrial production of C5-7 secondary alcohol has been studied in detail in this article. The reaction mechanism can be described as follows. Through the reaction between the C5-7 alkene and industrial sulfuric acid, we can get the alkyl vitriol, which will hydrolyze under certain temperature and then the C5-7 alcohol will be got. The most proper concentration of sulfuric acid, the best proportion of alkcnes and sulfuric acid, the most proper temperature and the reaction time have been studied.
