摘要
在自制苯丙共聚乳液过程中,通过控制聚合工艺,使共聚乳液中的乳胶粒子具有不同的形态结构,并采用透射电镜(TEM)对乳胶粒子的形态结构进行了表征。通过对采用乳胶粒子形态相异的共聚乳液浸渍滤纸的强度性能以及抗水/抗油性能的研究表明,乳胶粒子呈核/壳形态结构的共聚乳液比常规共聚制备的乳液对滤纸强度性能和抗水/抗油性的提高更为有效;同时结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察对其进行了分析。
Polystyrene-co-acrylate emulsions were polymerized and applied to reinforce the filter paper. The latex particles with different morphological structure were prepared through controlling the polymerization and the structure of the particles was investigated by transmission electron microcopy (TEM). The mechanical properties of the impregnated filter paper wore measured. From the results, it was suggested that the mechanical properties of the papers could he improved more effectively by reinforced with the core-shell latex than with the random structural latex synthesized by the traditional emulsion polymerization. Furthermore, the cote-shell emulsions endowed the papers with a good water/off resistanle. The distribution of the emulsion resin in the paper was observed by the method of SEM.
