摘要
透明质酸具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性,但由于其力学性能较低,须经交联修饰提高力学性能,才能制成生物材料被广泛应用。本文综述了近年来国内外有关使用交联剂制备透明质酸衍生物的研究,介绍了常用交联剂和新型交联剂的应用情况和发展前景,为研制开发新型透明质酸提供选择。
Hyaluronan (HA) has wonderful biocompatibility and biodegradability, but needs crosslinking modification to improve its mechanical properties for its use as a biomaterial. This review concentrates on the recent advances of cross-linking reagent for producing HA derivatives, and introduces the application and development of common cross-linking reagent and new type cross-linking reagent, so as to provide more advice for the development of HA reagent.
