摘要
将超声提取技术、膜分离技术、超临界流体萃取技术进行了耦合并应用于青蒿素的生产工艺中,讨论了提取试剂、提取方式的差别,考察了膜的选择与运行状况,确定了工艺参数,并进行了乙醇溶液的中试实验,可得收率为0.48%、纯度为92%的青蒿素粗品,为该联合技术的工业化清洁生产提供了借鉴和参考。
In this paper, ultrasonic extraction, membrane separation technology and supercrifical - CO2-fluid extraction (SFE-CO2) was combined, and used for the production of artemisinin. Different reagents and methods of extraction and the selection of membrane were discussed to determine an optimal operation condition. The extraction rate and the content of crude artemisinin reached 0.48% and 92% respectively.
