电气ECS在贵阳发电厂9号机组的应用

为了提高电厂机组整体的控制水平和自动化程度,实现锅炉、汽轮机、电气远控操作和联锁控制的控制方式协调一致,通过贵阳电厂9号机组DCS改造项目的工程实例,阐述了电气部分纳入ECS,实现DCS电气部分监控的方法。改造完成后,机组DCS完全实现了电气ECS控制,长时间的系统运行证明了改造后的效果非常显著。

In order to enhance the control level and the automatization of the unit in power plant and to realize the control mode coordination of boiler, steam turbine, electric remote operation and interlocking control, the method of ECS with electrical parts to realize electrical part monitoring in DCS is described. The method has been used in DCS renovation project of No. 9 unit in Guiyang Power Plant. The DCS of unit has realized the electrical ECS control completely. After finishing the renovation, it proved that this method is highly remarkable after the long- time running of the system.
