摘要
利用循环伏安法研究了多巴酚丁胺在聚茜素红膜修饰玻碳电极(PAR/GCE)上的电化学行为.实验结果表明;聚茜素红膜修饰电极对多巴酚丁胺具有良好的富集作用。在最佳实验条件下·采用示差脉冲伏安法,多巴酚丁胺的浓度与其氧化峰电流在5.0×10^-8~7.0×10^-5mol·L^-1范围呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9972,检测限为1.5×10^-8mol·L^-1(信噪比为3).采用同一修饰电极连续测定40次或每次测定前重新修饰同一电极连续测定10次,标准偏差分别为3.2%和3.7%,表明该修饰电极具有良好的重现性.利用该修饰电极测定了多巴酚丁胺注射剂和血清样品中多巴酚丁胺的含量,获得了满意的实验结果.
The electrochemical behavior of dobutamine in poly (alizarin red) film modified electrodes (PAR/GCE) has been studied by cyclic vohammetry. The experiments show good effect of accumulation on dobutamine in this modified electrode. On optimal conditions, a good linear relationship between anodie peak current and dobutamine concentration was obtained in the range of 5.0 × 10^-8-7.0 × 10^-5 mol · L^-1 with the detection limit of 1.5 × 10^-8 mol · L^-1 (S/N=3) by differential pulse voltammetry. The responses of repeated measurements at the identical and renewed surface of the PAR/GCE were examined with relative standard deviation of 3.2% (n=40) and 3.7% (n=10), respectively. The result indieats the excellent reproducibility of the chemically modified electrode. The proposed method has been used to determine dobutamine concentration in serum and dobutamine injection samples with satisfactory results.
