摘要
传统项目的沟通环境是基于面对面的情境的,而虚拟项目的沟通环境与传统项目环境差异较大,成员间的沟通以网络为媒介,面对面的交流情境已经不复存在。本文分析了在两种不同环境下,在沟通主导性、反馈的属性和沟通方式的灵活性等方面存在的差异,提出了通过加强沟通的主动性、目的性、规范性和正确运用沟通工具等措施来克服差异,提高虚拟项目沟通的效率和质量。
Communication in traditional projects is mainly face-to-face, but in virtual projects the communication environment is more complicated-non-face-to-face or web-based communication being the main channel. This article studies the difference in communication dominance, pattern of feedback, availability of communication channels and so on in the two environments. In order to deal with the difference and improve the efficiency and quality of communication, this thesis brings forward some tips to enhance communication initiative, motivation, standardization and proper usage of communication channels.
